Vehicle Description The Riviera was highly praised by automotive journalists upon its high-profile debut as General Motors first entry into the personal luxury car market.
This was also Buick's first ever unique Riviera model.
Unlike the GM E platform, the Oldsmobile Tornado and Cadillac El Dorado, the Riviera was originally a rear-wheel drive platform, switching to front wheel drive starting with the 1979 model year.
While the early models stayed close to their original form, eight generations varied substantially in size and styling.
A total of 1,127,261 Rivieras were produced.
It has a 307 V8 powering a 4speed automatic transmission.
This particular car is as clean as it gets inside and out.
With a nice burgundy interior and a cream colored exterior, this car is ready for the road.
It has won 1st and 2nd place in many car shows.
