Job Description We are seeking a Recruiter/Training Coordinator (RTC) who will be responsible for the recruitment and training of direct care/care-giving staff who provide community-based, daily living support to people with developmental disabilities throughout the state of Oklahoma.
The Recruiter/Training Coordinator (RTC) will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the recruitment and training efforts are performed at the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition:
advertising vacancies, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, making job offers, and hiring candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Training:
new hire orientation material and ongoing annual re-training for direct care staffQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED is required Two (2) years of recruiting experience One (1) to Two (2) years of training experience preferred Experience working with individuals who have disabilities preferredExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, as well as time management and organizational skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
