Program Manager (Team Lead)

This position will have lead program management responsibility for managing multiple high visibility programs for the services based segment of the FAA Logistics Center's business. In this role, the individual will have responsibility for coordinating with managers on the allocation of resources to support her/his program. This position is responsible for the development, preparation and maintenance of project deliverables utilizing Project Management (e.g. PMP , SAFe ) or project/program management competencies secured through other organizations and/or agencies (i.e., FAA P/PM, DAWIA). S/He will serve as the leader of multiple Service Level Teams (SLT) and Communicate regularly with upper management the, budget, schedule, and quality of products and services delivered within the lines of business managed.The incumbent works closely with the Division Manager and/or management team members in the development, implementation, and administration of policies, systems, and key management tools need to manage and control national level programs. Will act as a principal specialist to develop new and innovative approaches, methodologies, and/or techniques as the SLT leader to define and direct challenging projects/programs/activities. This position will be responsible for providing leadership in the establishment of budget and service order agreement to support his or her programs. She/He will also have responsibility for working with other employees to closely monitor spending against the budget, program milestones against the master schedule, and make recommendations to the customer about how to reallocate funding so as to spend their funds in accordance with franchise fund rules and appropriation law.Applies experience and expert knowledge that are applicable to his or her discipline to conduct functional activities for projects/programs that often require the development of new and innovative approaches. Identifies and resolves challenging problems or issues that often cross organizational boundaries and impact on the accomplishment of strategic objectives. Typical assignments may include:
providing guidance to less- experienced professionals; leading large multi-discipline project/program teams; defining and developing internal policies and procedures; predicting potential issues and proposing preventive actions.Applies knowledge of FAA and customer policies and objectives to identify, define, and organize resources for large projects/programs/ work activities. Collaborates with managers to acquire and allocate resources to accomplish activities within established schedules and budgetary requirements. Contacts are both internal and external. Often represents the major subdivision and LOB/SO as a principal point of contact to provide advice and guidance on the applications of policies and procedures. Formulates and recommends to senior management positions on major projects/ policies/issues. Prepares, reviews, and recommends approvals of major reports on projects, programs and other work activities for internal and external distribution. Develops briefings to convey strategic vision and/or organizational policies to internal and external audiences.Broad policies and objectives provide general guidance for addressing issues but often require the development of new approaches. Often asked to develop new policies, procedures, and approaches that take into consideration FAA policies, Government-wide interagency rules and regulations, and external concerns. May create new solutions and policy interpretations as situations require. Briefs senior management routinely regarding program status, costs, and schedule. May be required to develop recurring briefings depicting program status. Provides expert guidance and instruction both internally and externally to address diverse, complex issues which often cross multiple projects, programs, and/or functional areas. Specialized experienceis experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.Specialized Experience includes but is not limited to the following:
leading and managing the exchange of ideas and knowledge; skillful communication; and establishing clear and measurable performance objectives related to the NAS.Quality Ranking Factor:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
