Senior Maintenance Mechanic
GGP has an immediate need for a Senior Maintenance Mechanic in Qail Springs Mall in Oklahoma, OK.

Responsibilities include the following:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager the employee will perform a wide variety of maintenance functions required to maintain the physical plant of the shopping center.
Operates walk behind and ride on scrubbers
Operates hi-lift, freight lift, and trash compactors
Maintains shopping center vehicle fleet
Prepares schedules for preventive maintenance programs
Maintains mechanical/HVAC equipment
Prepare and input budget information
Replace equipment when needed
Maintain inventory records
Communicates with tenants and management
Assists supervisor in personnel recommendations to management
Coordinate special work assignments with outside contractors
Assist in personnel training
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications include the following:
High School
5 Years in related field
Maintenance/HVAC license through City or State government
The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, climb, balance, smell and walk. The employee must regularly move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and or move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift and or move 100lbs.
