Human Resources Representative
Paycom is seeking a Human Resources Representative.
The Human Resources Representative is a primary point of contact responsible for providing service in day to day HR operations, employee relations support, internal employee customer service with strong knowledge of payroll, tax, garnishment and bi-weekly benefit cost reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources and payroll processing, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer literacy with specific proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
