Job
Summary:
Reviews, creates, and maintains various databases and files. Uses both internal and external databases on a daily basis to maintain relationships and structures such as master parts listings, cross-references, buyers guides, print application catalog files, ACES and PIES formatted electronic files.
Job Duties:
Responsible for account maintenance
Assigned primary and secondary customer accounts
Provides catalog and product support and assistance (research, data systems, ACES files, PIES files, website)
Analyzes OE catalog research information
Collects product information
Job Requirements & Skills:
2 - 5 years experience in automotive cataloging and product management - MUST HAVE CATALOG MARKETING EXPERIENCE
Bachelors in Business, Automotive Aftermarket Management, Automotive Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in cataloging automotive product
Experience and knowledge of ACES and PIES standards, OE manufacture and automotive part store catalog systems
Knowledge of the automotive industry, customers, markets, and competition
Exhibits credibility and trustworthiness to customers and to the company
High endurance and energy levels
Ability to learn project management and software tools (spreadsheets, database, presentation programs, etc)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
