HPDP Tech (Health Promotion Disease Prevention Technician) Full-time
Assists in planning, developing and administering physical health promotion program for patients and constituents of the Clinic; assists in designing and implementing interventions that are consistent with patient needs and interests. Job duties: Assesses health needs of patients and groups, assists with personalized fitness program recommendations, and provides education to patients and groups, in accordance with standards set forth by the Certified Personal Trainer guidelines. Perform personal workout training with patients. Adheres to standards of relevant regulatory agencies. Utilizes knowledge of personal weight training, nutrition, anatomy, and exercise physiology, including terminology. Supervises operation of exercise equipment and maintains exercise equipment. Provides excellent customer service to patients, families and staff. Must be available to participate after hours including weekends or evenings as required. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of personal weight training experience and/or one year supervising clients in a fitness center. Certificate in personal training and experience in group instruction required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
