Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative (DVPI) Program Assistant
Assists in developing, planning, and executing physical, cultural and social activities, events and education programs for Native Americans, geared toward the prevention of domestic violence and other risk factors. Provides mentoring services to Native American youth. Compiles progress reports on prevention programs, as needed. Works closely with suicide prevention program and health promotions programs. Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, or health related field and one year of directly related experience. Experience in lieu of education will be considered. Experience working with grant programs is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
