HLP Solutions has partnered with this global manufacturing leader of fitness equipment to offer this permanent opportunity.
The ideal candidate will lead a cross functional organization to work together to achieve key category performance objectives through new production introductions and existing product price and positioning strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong organizational skills in product development and project management
Strong Leadership, communication and facilitation skills
Knowledge of New Product Development Best Practices
Strong business management and marketing skills
Strong inter-personal skills working with cross functional committees and teams
Ability to delegate and direct activities
Ability to work with, coordinate with and solicit from and support other departments
Extensive experience leading new product development projects through a stage gate development process in a cross functional work environment
Possesses a working knowledge of textile and/or plastics engineering design constraints and related manufacturing processes.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor Degree with strong emphasis on Product Development and/or Project Management
Experience: 5 - 7 yrs. of experience in New Product Development and/or Project Management
NPDP certification preferred
