Overview:
The purpose of the Auditor position is to ensure completion of auditing and inventory processes and procedures within the warehouse or distribution center in order to maintain current and accurate inventory numbers.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure outbound orders are audited and in compliance with customer specifications.
o Ensure dock schedule is updated and paperwork distributed in an efficient manner.
o Complete necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
o Assist Operators With Any and All Discrepancies and System Issueso Assist with Inventory Control functions, Inventory Hold processes, and all other applicable Iventory processes.
o Maintain spreadsheets dedicated to auditing processes and reporting.
o Allocate product for outbound orders utilizing SAP.
o Conduct facility audits for AIB compliance as directed.
o Process Damages
Qualifications:
Knowledge Skills, and Abilitieso Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office to include:
o Excel - Analytical tools, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, & Macros o Word - Created and Formatting various document types o PowerPoint - Created and Formatting various document types o Outlook - Efficient and organized use of email and calendar o Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ability to learn additional systems as needed o The ability to handle reoccurring issues and problemso Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and preparing datao Basic math skillso Ability to multi-task efficientlyo Ability to work in a loud, high traffic environmento Ability to work in a detail and color coded environmento Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)o Ability to work well on a teamEducation and Experienceo H.

Diploma or GED required o 2-5 Years' experience in either Warehouse Office settingo 2-5 Years' in either Inventory Control or Quality Assurance Role.
o Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
