Manufacturing Supervisor - Injection Molding - Base Salary to 90k/year - Oklahoma City, OK Our client, a full-service injection molding facility, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor (internally titled Injection Molding Supervisor) to supervise production staff & drive results to meet company goals.
In this role, the Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of production workers while checking equipment & machinery to ensure a safe & efficient workflow.
This position is 2nd shift; hours are 2:
45 PM - 11:
15 PM Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Lead the activities of the production floorPlan & manage the production schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, upgrades and shutdownsEnsure maximum output & cost efficiency and monitor capacity maximizationResponsible for managing employee performance, hiring, discipline & developmentLead continuous improvement activitiesDevelop department KPIs and hold employees accountableEnsure quality specifications are metReview reoccurring maintenance and/or repair problems with engineering to determine corrective actionsWork cross- functionally to achieve company goalsOffer suggestions for new or improved processes, methods of tooling and quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master Degree-preferably focused in manufacturing, business administration or related field3
years of Supervisory ExperienceThorough Working Knowledge of Injection Molding Processes & EquipmentExcellent Planning, Organizational & Time Management SkillsStrong Communication SkillsExperience with Six Sigma Methodology (Green or Black belt) or Lean ManufacturingCompensation for this role includes a base salary up to 90k/year
bonus.
