Our client is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources and Compliance to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position that involves the management of essential human resources functions.Responsibilities Include:
Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals, improving workforce development, recruitment, and retention. Collaborating with Senior Management to resolve program user and stakeholder grievances and concerns that cannot be resolved by staff. Forecasting of staffing needs, and developing recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Managing and supporting employee development, feedback, and performance evaluations through items such as employee training and development programs. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing HR-related risks to mitigate potential liabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; MBA or Master's Degree is preferred. At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards are required. Required certifications in human resources within one year or hire is required. Demonstrated experience in successful implementation and management of Enterprise Risk Management programs are required. Experience implementing strategic plans, developing/monitoring budgets, and advancing workforce development is preferred. Hours &
