As we continue to expand our operations and reach new heights, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our executive team as the Vice President (VP) of Field Services.
Position Overview:
As the VP of Field Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our field service offerings, ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our field services division, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to enhance service delivery.
You'll do all this with safety as your number one priority.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the field services division in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
2.
Lead and mentor a team of directors, service managers, and trainers fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
3.
Define and implement service delivery standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all service offerings.
4.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
5.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, data science, safety, sustainability, and manufacturing to align service offerings with market demand and customer needs.
6.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the services division, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
7.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, serving as the primary point of contact for field service-related matters.
8.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities.
9.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies within the services division.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.

, MBA) preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
