Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a Customer Service Representative for a large company in Oklahoma City.
This candidate will be responsible for various customer service functions while communicating effectively to provide assistance to customers by phone.
They will be responsible for decision quality and responding to customer inquiries effectively and efficiently, while resolving problems related to services provided by the company.
