May lift a load up to 20 lbsAnd carry it approx200 feet up to 5 times per dayWith assistance, lifts, moves and/or transfers patients which may weigh in excess of 300 lbsUp to 12 times per dayMay push patients in wheelchair (avePush force 22 lbs.) Up to 1000 feet from once a week up to 4 times per day or via a carrier or bed (Push force 25 lbs.) Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and assesses patient responses to meet patient and family needs and ensure overall quality of care delivered Maintains up to date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team Supervises and coordinates the delegation and implementation of patient care of licensed and non-licensed personnel for their assigned shift/area Adheres to the Standard of Care and Practice of the Nursing Department Current Oklahoma RN license Validation of competency in medication administration BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written) Individual nursing units may require additional certifications for unit specialty Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Certified Nurse Practitioner Communication Computer Keyboards Consulting Apply to this job.
