The Care Services Manager is responsible for providing quality nursing oversight.
Care Services Manager utilizes the nursing process to provide for optimum quality and continuity of nursing care and that demonstrates the core nursing competencies to ensure effective and efficient care on an ongoing basis.
The Care Services Manager Functions as the RN Case Manager for the ALC resident/families and oversight of nursing, clinical, and care/service functions and needs.
RESPONSIBILITY
Summary:
Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines, and agency policy Collaborates and partners with physicians, pharmacy, home health, external case management, state agencies, and other medical or care professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents Conducts comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, 6 month, annual, and significant change assessments and screenings.
Establish, coordinate, and administer services plans and monitor service plan completion or effectiveness.
Evaluate, review, and monitor clinical practices and resident care and recommend and implement appropriate actions as needed.
Provide on-call support for the community Ensures compliance, efficiency, and team's understanding of policies and procedures Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse Maintains a current/unencumbered RN license in the state Minimum of 1 year of clinical and supervisory experience in long term care, community-based care, or assisted living care Two (2) years of experience in medical nursing required Quality assurance/improvement and staff development experience The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position The ability to work and function as a member of a team PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse Experience in Home Health, Long Term Care, or Assisted Living Experience as a Case Management Exhibit good time management and organization skills Possess the ability to handle complex issues Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and use of the internet.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
