HR Generalist II

The HR Generalist II will ensure adherence of all employees to company policies and procedures.
The HR Generalist will directly support the Program and Project Manager, at the Program level, with administering orientation and onboarding of new hires, training employees on policies & procedures and providing support for candidates and all employees at program level(link removed)> This will be conducted in close coordination with the HR Group(link removed) Supervisory
Responsibilities:
May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
May assist supervisors with disciplinary actions of existing employees(link removed) Job Classification:
Full-Time EmployeeCompensation:
$53,300-$59,800 per year Exempt Chloeta reserves the right to offer any candidate above or below the listed compensation amount based on experience or business needs.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Create and send offer letters Work with supervisors on annual reviews Manage leave requests Work with recruiters to create position descriptions Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Conduct or acquire background checks, employee eligibility verifications, drug screens, and credit checks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
