Nanny and Personal Assistant

Our current nanny is having health problems and taking time off.
We need basically an 8-5 type position Monday-Friday.
We are flexible on start and end times.
A little bit about us.
Our 1 year old (01/01/2023) is named Monica and she is super fun! She enjoys playing most of the day and would love to chase you around playing tag.
Caring for Monica is fairly straightforward.
She has a fairly flexible schedule with a nap a day ranging from 1-2 hrs long.
She eats usually in the morning, after her nap, and dinner.
She snacks all day long and we have plenty of snacks to choose from.
We have a giant play area for her that she enjoys playing in.
Our house is extremely unique and the main area is like a barn.
It's big enough for her to be playing in while you can do other things.
I don't want to get weird with this part, but this is a dream job for someone longing for a traditional lifestyle.
We have a large greenhouse that we will begin planting for in the Spring.
I am in the process of building a chicken coup.
We have the opportunity to have a few cows with help from our neighbors.
We live on 10 acres.
Along with that, we'd like to get help with basic housekeeping.
The responsibilities are to keep the main area clean, care for Monica's things, do some dishes, and maybe laundry once a week.
We are fairly laidback on the schedule, but we really do need the help.
I work from home every day and my wife Jennifer works from home 3 days a week.
We will be around to help if you need us.
I work an eccentric schedule, from about 10:
30am to 5pm and then again on from about 9pm to 3am.
I have about 100 staff overseas that I manage.
My wife is on track to make partner at an accounting firm in this coming year.
I titled it personal assistant because we want someone that will help us with more than just childcare.
This might be running an errand once a week, helping out with the property somehow, or really just doing the basics.
Getting the mail and taking out the trash for us is a big deal.
We work so much that we need the help.
We are open to just about anybody of any age.
We will do a background check before hiring.
You can start the week of Feb 11th.
We are east of 35 just off Wilshire (just south of Edmond).
