net/ Under direct and indirect supervision of the Communications Supervisor, will perform tasks related to the operation of communication equipment used in receiving, sending, and relaying information in response to Emergency/Non-Emergency calls according to the goals of Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City.
Dispatch and track location of security officers.
Maintain necessary documentation, logs, directories and records.
Relay safety and security related information to officers, supervisors and managers.
Determine the nature and urgency of each call quickly to provide the most immediate solution.
Demonstrates ability to work multi-line phone system efficiently.
