The Customer Service Supervisor is accountable for maintaining patient satisfaction through the management of INTEGRIS centralized customer service unit, which handles incoming patient inquiries surrounding both hospital and physician billingThe Customer Service Supervisor manages customer service representatives to ensure patient questions and concerns are handled in a prompt, friendly, and concise mannerActing as a liaison between internal and external constituents, the individual in this role works to improve current departmental processes and policies in a way that increases both operational efficiencies and patient satisfaction All applicants will receive consideration regardless of membership in any protected status as defined by applicable state or federal law, including protected veteran or disability statusINTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
