Job Description Position Overview This is a full-time position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
As a Customer Assistance Representative supporting the Customer Service Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with transportation-related issues.
Your responsibilities will involve computer-based tasks, phone interactions, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Research and answer customer inquiries concerning PIKEPASS related state laws and policies in-person and over the phone.
Assist customers with payment and billing inquiries.
Take required information from customers through face-to-face interactions.
Edit and update customer accounts when required.
Research and respond to customer requests for publications and forms.
Returned Mail Review daily and remain up to date about information provided on the OTA/PIKEPASS/PIKENET web site.
All other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Work Environment This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of call center experience; OR one (1) year of clerical office work experience plus two (2) years of customer service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty (30) semester hours of college for the required experience plus two (2) years of customer service.
Successful completion of the PIKEPASS Customer Assistance Representative Training Preferred Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge Knowledge of methods and procedures concerning public contact; of telephone procedures; of spelling, punctuation and grammar; and of arithmetic.
Skill is required to operate various office equipment including computers.
Ability is required to work with customers; to gather data and facts; to keep records; and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of current rules and regulations of PIKEPASS and OTA.
