Responsibilities:
Provides end user support and service both Via phone and On-site.
Maintains end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax, and copy equipment.
Installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems.
Escalates issues to the responsible area with accurate information.
Provides technical guidance and oversight when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to work on-site.
Travel between locations will be required (Mileage re-imbursement).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
