As our PM Line Cook, you will be preparing food primarily for the Aria Lounge, our beautiful restaurant open throughout the evening.
You will be preparing the menu items in accordance with our high standards of quality while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
Does this sound like you? You are an artist of food and take pride in the quality of the dishes you create.
You will be able to utilize your strong aptitude for organization and proactive prep in this role.
You understand the value of consistency in food production but love an opportunity to show your creativity when the opportunity arises.
You have an eye for detail and are able to adapt quickly to changes in pace.
You are able to lift items up to 100lbs and a full-time position with shifts primarily the evening time to night works best for your lifestyle.
