Human Resources Development VISTAThe overall goal of this project is to expand the transitional housing opportunity as well as create additional housing for families experiencing homelessness in Tulsa, Oklahoma through Surayya Anne Foundation.
The VISTA will develop a values-based framework of human capital and program administration policies conducive to the realization of SAF's vision and mission.
The VISTA will also monitor and ensure compliance with coalition organizations' requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
This project will alleviate poverty by expanding and enhancing housing options for homeless families in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Member Duties :
The VISTA will create a personnel and program administration policy and procedure manual to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
Additionally, they will develop a Strategic Human Capital Plan for job evaluation, compensation, and performance management.
Lastly, they will ensure SAF complies with partner agency requirements and integrate best practices into personnel administration.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
