All Points is currently seeking a Systems Administrator at Tinker AFB, OK delivering effective IT solutions and services to the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and federal civilian agencies as they modernize their information systems.
We are seeking an experienced WebG081 Manager/Maintenance Analyst/Maintainer to work in the FMxC2/G081 Functional Assistance Office FAO .
This individual will provide support to Air Force base-level FMxC2/G081 Managers on various program issues, processing questions, InfoAssist+, Core Reports, and database discrepancies, etc.

BA/BS, or HS diploma/AA with 2-5 years experience YEARS OF
Experience:
2-5 years SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Provide support for the Logistics Information System in sortie generation and integrate with Maintenance Information Systems operations at base level.
Providing limited training on use of FMxC2; Providing user interface design and program layout directions for the programming section; Providing FMxC2/G081 system management and technical direction for system end users; Providing advice to responsible government system managers; Establishing and documenting system parameters and formats; QA Testing - Ensuring hardware and software systems compatibility; Coordinating and/or modifying system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities; Revising existing systems and test functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, storage; and Providing liaison support for associated systems Performs system-level design and configuration of products including determination of hardware, operating system, and other platform specifications.
Detects system, network, and application anomalies; resolves and/or escalates matters of significance in order to reduce the impact to global customers and maximize system availability.
Implement network security policies and procedures for Logistics functions equipment by base or higher computer support agencies and organization's Computer Systems Security Officers.
Enter trouble ticket items to include problem resolutions, date/time problem reported, date/time problem fixed, and recommendations into United States government system (Remedy).
Ensures all Logistics systems comply with Air Force and DoD Information Assurance security standards.
Prepare, document, manage, and maintain required user access documents Track and manage government furnished equipment designated by Air Mobility Command and in accordance with all applicable Air Mobility Command, USAF and DoD instructions, policies, and guidelines.

Computer skills - working with various computer technology is a necessity to include equipment maintenance, MS Office, and using custom software.
Troubleshooting - troubleshoot all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Physical Fitness - Extended periods of sitting at a workstation is expected.
Walking to nearby locations in inclement weather is common.
Customer Service - Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Interfacing with customers and guests on-site to make sure their requirements are met, and that equipment is functioning is a major responsibility.
Organization Skills - Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
Previous FMxC2/G081 experience Certified to access DISA network.
Must possess Active DOD Secret Clearance SECURITY CLEARANCE:
