Our client is seeking Customer Care Representatives to join their team in a remote role!! As a Customer Care Representative, you will be part of the call center team supporting inbound calls.
The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$12 per hour What's the Job? Provide support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
Address issues regarding products or service.
Escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
What's Needed? (Computer is needed) Successfully pass a background NET Framework 4.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
