Integrated Brain Health is looking for a full-time BCBA to join our ABA team! Newly licensed candidates are welcome to apply, we have 2 experienced BCBA's onboard for support and training.
IBH has a large beautiful facility with a small clinic feel.

Job Requirements:
BCBA in good standing with the BACB Licensed BCBA in the State of Oklahoma Ability to challenge oneself to continue learning and growing as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to a think outside the box to achieve positive outcomes for all clients and team members Essential Job Functions:
Provides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseload.
This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach his or her potential Collaborates with other IBH professionals, paraprofessionals, and parents in order to provide an effective program Supervise appropriate RBT staff effectively, keeping accurate supervision logs Coordinates client visits to observe staff members and provide coaching and clinical support Motivates and provides mentorship to assigned RBT's to help them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively Is available to parents, clients, and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need Meet required billable hours per contract, and keep careful record of billable hours Maintains client files and treatment logs in an organized manner to include appropriate documentation to team Document all consultation and treatment sessions daily, as well as provide appropriate documentation to treatment team Provides assessments, progress reports, discharge reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner Attends, plans, and leads staff meetings, training classes, and other meetings as required Attends and participates in IEP/IFSP meetings Keep current on latest developments in field of behavior analysis by attending professional seminars, reading current literature, and participating in professional organizations Stay abreast of funding resource changes which impact reporting and/or treatment requirements Performs other related duties as assigned Skills and Abilities:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
