Solution Architect - Rental Platforms

Job Description The Solution Architect is responsible for developing and maintaining DASH-TAS rental platforms.
Position works with business stakeholders, cross-functional technical resources, business analysts, and developers to implement and maintain functional solutions in the DASH-TAS applications.
This includes both application change driven by business, technical leaders, and external vendors for triage and mitigation of defects, application performance degradation, and other malfunctions.
The position also leads the initial response through resolution and RCA activities for Severity 1 and Severity 2 DASH-TAS incidents.
For this reason, extensive DASH-TAS technical experience, or equivalent, is a prerequisite.
The successful candidate must have significant technical skills including at least developer/engineer, dev ops, AWS and AWS migration.
In addition to development and support activities, the Solution Architect acts as a critical decision-maker and leader for projects, with purview over solution and technical architecture, design, testing, and alignment of solution with the business need.
This includes ownership of requirements and architecture documentation as well as design and deployment of solutions.
The Solutions Architect will serve as owner of communications on project work with project managers, business analysts, program managers, and technical domain leadership.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and model strong analytical skills applied to understanding business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support DASH-TAS applications and integrations.
Master an understanding of the complex DASH-TAS systems, deep integrations and dependent architecture with other applications across domains.
Liaison with project planning resources on allocation of resources, estimates, and release/sprint planning.
Demonstrate and lead development teams through best practices in documentation of architecture, solution requirements, development, deployment plans, and support plans.
Liaise with other domain technical leaders, vendors, partners/organizations, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure understanding and agreement on all technical solutions.
Own the communications of project and issue status with team senior leaders, project partners, and stakeholders.
Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks, including recommendations of effective solutions for business problems.
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar; or equivalent work experience Professional
Qualifications:

years of IT systems development and support experience with increasing levels of responsibilities DASH-TAS technical experience or equivalent experience AWS Certified Solution Architect AWS Certified DevOps AWS Certified Developer System experience in a complex environment Demonstrated success in delivering large application product changes or integrations Experience in managing a development team, including technical tasks, team building, developer training, and technical project management Experience in task and project management through waterfall-driven process and task-management tools.
