Senior Program Analyst

PolyCon Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) client with planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.
Duties Include:
Providing terminal facilities planning function support at meetings and conferences, preparing and distributing minutes, reviewing and finalizing written presentations/documents, and maintaining and coordinating schedules of attendees/associated activities.
Providing documentation support by compiling status reports and briefing papers.
Establishing and maintaining communication with various FAA Service Area and Headquarters offices.
Support the FAA Terminal Facilities Planning and Execution teams with Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL) project prioritization and project tracking.
Provide expertise to review, evaluate and originate Terminal requirements.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 8
years of prior relevant experience or Masters's Degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
Qualifications:
Program Management Experience.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Knowledge of FAA Knowledge of project planning software programs such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Recommended Skills Certified Project Management Professional Federal Aviation Administration Infrastructure Management Ms Project Presentations Primavera P6 Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
