Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner -Be capable of handling a large amount of responsibilty within the company (highly reliable, on time, professional, and ready to work each day!) - Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest reservations and bookings - Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations -Post on company social media -Send owners pictures of their dog
Qualifications:
-Must love dogs! - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information Note:
