Responsibilities:
Weigh and sample manufacturing batches in accordance with applicable SOPs (Title 21 CFR Part 111).
Set up, operate, break down and clean production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
Ability to review calculation sheets and find errors easily and quickly.
Demonstrate proficiency in accessing proper raw materials.
Provide appropriate documentation of manufacturing processes and test results including maintaining and reconciling equipment and logs, batch records, and inventory records in accordance with SOPs.
Ability to use computer software i.

, InstantGMP software.
Inspect finished goods as part of quality control.
Efficiently calculate physical inventory and report results that fall outside parameters.
Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning when needed.
Troubleshoot machinery problems which may include clearing jams, adjusting/resetting equipment, etc.
Document and collect retention and micro samples for GMP compliance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:
High school diploma; 2 years of college preferred.

years in manufacturing, preferably nutraceutical.
Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
