OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Metrology Technicians
Responsibilities:
o Provide metrology technician services to the various Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC) Group/Product Divisions to help assure that test equipment meets the serviceability, reliability, and availability requirementsThese services include troubleshooting, repair, assembly, installation, calibration, and certification within the guidelines of ISO-9001/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 national standards, FAA and FAALC standards, and job order instructions.
o Troubleshoot, repair, test and calibrate test equipment so as to return unserviceable equipment to serviceable statusItems to be repaired may include oscilloscopes, spectrum, network, logic, and LCR analyzers, radar, communication, and ILS test sets, multimeters, power meters and power sensors, signal and function generators, frequency counters, and other specialized systems equipmentThe repair process may include functions such as item disassembly / assembly, circuit analysis, and item repair and parts replacementAfter repair, complete the applicable calibration and certification processDocument and perform all process functions as specified by ISO-9001/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 national standards, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and FAALC standardsRequirements:
o US Citizeno Ability to pass a pre-employment background checko Ability to pass a Federal Background Investigation.
o Precision Measurement Equipment (PME) certification from a Military Technical School, or A.

Calibrate items such as oscilloscopes; spectrum, network, and logic analyzers; radar, communication, and ILS test sets; multimeters; power meters and power sensors; phase meters; signal and function generators; frequency counters; LCR analyzers; and other specialized systems equipmentWith supervision, test, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, modify, install, and calibrate a variety of standard and nonstandard test equipment.
o Level II Technicians must have knowledge and performed the following activities:
Repair, maintain, and calibrate items such as oscilloscopes; spectrum, network, and logic analyzers; radar, communication, and ILS test sets; multimeters; power meters and power sensors; phase meters; signal and function generators; frequency counters; LCR analyzers; and other specialized systems equipmentTest, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, modify, install, and calibrate a variety of standard and nonstandard equipment with a minimum of guidance or proceduresThey perform repairs which are often complicated by critical tolerances or accuracies.
o Level III Technicians must have knowledge and performed the following activities:
Technicians shall demonstrate the required knowledge of metrology laboratory methods and proceduresTechnicians select, modify, set-up, calibrate, install, and operate a variety of precision measurement equipment including special test stations and mockups in support of laboratory tests or prototype and first-article acceptance and calibration testsTechnician must have experience maintaining calibration reference standards, transferring the integrity of reference standards to working standards, develop new calibration methods when not specified or well establishedTechnicians exercise skill in using computer systems and software to maintain a calibration recall system, maintain records and work control documents, isolate defects in unconventional specialized equipment, and develop procedures, schematics and diagramsPosition located in Oklahoma City, OK Apply at:
