Responsibilities:
Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.
Refine, validate, coordinate and implement conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.
Develop manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization.
Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
Resolve complex technical problems.
Serves as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
Lead advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.
Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
Document and communicate producibility best practices.
Provide guidance to others through structured mentoring.
Review and analyze engineering requirements.
Author and revise baseline and shop floor work instructions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry combined with 9
years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance GOLDesp iG1 (or similar ME planning tools like MES, CAPP, VELOCITY, OWI).
CMPro and ENOVIA navigation.
