Leads activities to develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systemsLeads development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional software systemDevelops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are metProvides technical leadership for software projects and leads software supplier management activitiesLeads development, selection, tailoring and deployment of processes, tools and metricsPlans, executes and documents software research and development projectsServes as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulationsTracks and evaluates software team and supplier performance to ensure product and process conformance to project plans and industry standardsWorks under minimal directionRequired Skill Set :

years of experience in software requirements analysis, decomposition and allocation5
years of experience using a requirements tracability tool, like DOORS 5
years of experience using an system design tool, like CAMEO 3
years of experience in software development life cycles,and best agile software engineering practiceBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree Desired Skills Set :
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Scaled AgileExperience with requirements development on US Gov programsEducation Qualification :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.
gBachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.
