Industrial Maintenance Technician

Lingos Staffing is now hiring Production Maintenance Technician Payrate:
$19 per hour Schedule:
7:
30am - 4:
30pm Monday thru Friday Duties:
o Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve efficiency, capability and yield o Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
o Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
o Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
Job Requirements:
o Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
o Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
o Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
o Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
o Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
o Reasoning Skills Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
o Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
