Business Analyst
Oklahoma City, OK Oklahoma City, OK Full-time Full-time From $65,000 a year From $65,000 a year 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago The Business Analyst will identify supply chain business operations improvement opportunities to optimize business processes, and to develop recommendations for future state improvements and implementation strategies.
He/she will collect and interpret data to help Valiant take actionable steps to improve its overall performance.
Duties:
1.
Implement a robust forecasting process for equipment requirements, which will include gathering and vetting sales forecast and converting that in the new equipment purchase requirements 2.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain and participate in resolving the demand and supply gaps 3.
Serve as a Supply Chain representative during demand and supply review meetings and communicate any supply / demand deviations to the Supply Chain team and work to find solutions to close the gaps 4.
Establish and maintain Forecast related KPIs and understand the deviations 5.
Develop, document and implement processes and initiatives that support company goals 6.
Provides team members with the appropriate communications relative to progress on assigned tasks and projects 7.
Develop and maintain processes and tools for Supply Chain KPIs 8.
Prepare and deliver presentations, graphs, and data as needed 9.
Research and recommend Supply Chain management tools aimed to improve visibility and analytics 10.
Comply with company policy and procedures, whether written or communicated verbally, including the instructions and directions from individuals in direct supervisory positions 11.
Other Duties as needed or as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of project management methodologies - Experience with analytics software such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in a Business, Supply Chain or related field is preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels of management and professionals with diverse backgrounds Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and efficiently Understanding of Operations and Supply Chain concepts SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
