Purpose:
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting the Client Relationship Manager with the day-to-day duties of the Client Relations Team.
Each Client Relations team member will be trained on specific Client processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining various client queues and processes Ensuring all data is accurate and complete Conduct Driver's License and Obituary searches Communicate with Vendors when clients request further attempts for service Escalate any issues that arise to the Client Relations Manager Compensation and Benefits $15.

High school diploma or GED certificate Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to pass a background check and drug test Valid Driver's License/State ID Skills Needed For This Role The Client Relations Specialist must have strong problem solving and planning skills, as well as excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and must be good with keeping focus and completing tasks prior to their due dates.
Proficiency in the use of computers is also necessary for this role.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
