Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Engineer with Hines, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond to tenant requests Operate mechanical equipment Complete and maintain logs Perform preventative maintenance and handle general repair Position provides on the job training and an opportunity to further develop skills for a career in building engineering
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution One or more years related experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests Closing:
