Program Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:
This position will provide analysis and development of reporting and analytics solutions, organize complex clinical, financial, and administrative data from multiple sources using standard programming methodologies, databases, and business intelligence tools to synthesize results into meaningful information on a regular basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Analyzes issues, problems, requests, programs, software, and data systems.
Develops/creates/modifies programs, codes, screens, reports, and processes.
Documents code, procedure process, and tracking system.
Responsible for the interoperability design, development, and implementation of business applications and related middleware components.
Monitor integration performance and quickly respond to production defects.
Implements programs, processes and systems Plans flow, process, screens/reports, input/output, resources and back-up plans.
Tests, evaluates, debugs programs, code, screens, reports, and processes.
Trains end users and peers.
Demonstrates knowledge of current software systems, operation procedures and technological developments.
Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting programming and operational problems.
Performs feasibility studies and cost analysis of system changes; evaluates software.
Documents and prepares reports of program developments and revisions Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
Additional responsibilities as assigned within scope of practice.

EDUCATION/
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) or the equivalent combination of experience and training and at least five years' experience in the relevant languages or enterprise systems in the operating environment and the ability to speak, read and write English is required.

years in SQL query language, SSRS, SSIS 3
years Crystal Reports 5

Net Application Development 3
years working with Tableau or similar dashboarding apps 3
years of creating effective reports and support documentation Knowledge of flat file transfers, modules and integrations required Effective oral and written communications skills.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
Certifications such as those offered by CompTIA, and Microsoft preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
