JOB PURPOSE:
We're looking for a passionate Payments Product Manager who knows how to help define, de-risk and execute against a product vision.
You will be collaborating with customers and colleagues on cross-functional and co-located product teams.
The role demands strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, technical fluency, empathy, humility, and an appreciation for and understanding of lean start up, agile and user-centered design values, principles and practices.

lean start up methodologies, agile development methodologies, working directly with clients
Responsibilities:
Experience and Qualifications 5
years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments solutions Deep understanding of our Payments operations:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our payments operations to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Revenue Optimization:
Maximize revenue capture through continuous improvement of bill-through rates and reduction of involuntary churn.
Product Roadmap:
Define the Payments team roadmap by understanding business and customer needs and ensuring that feedback from cross-functional stakeholders is integrated into the process.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze and report on performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure that the payments product is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge in core payment processing modules like transaction processing, parsing, validations, rule engines, charges, account postings, settlement, payment routing, message formatters, and status messages Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs.
Experience with Jira and Atlassian product suite to help write user stories with given acceptance criteria.
Experience working with end users to test systems from beginning to end Experience building and deploying software with or inside enterprise scale organizations Experience working directly with clients and leading projects Experience shipping both new products as well as improving upon existing ones Experience leading or supporting user research MIS/MS/MBA desired We expect the starting salary to be around $103,000 with annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility.
