Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone comfortable working with a team of motivated individuals, in a remote position and preferably local to the OKC metro area.
The Business Intelligence Analyst is primarily responsible for maintaining, creating, and improving our reporting and data warehousing platforms.
Interfaces with all levels of the organization, as well as external clients.
On a Typical Day, You'll Create, maintain, and automate internal and external report packages Translate end-user reporting requirements into secure, useful, timely, and accurate reports Systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
Implement best practices that support the technological and strategic direction of the company Provide ad hoc reporting needs Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff, vendors and users.
Ability to adapt quickly to change Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
Tiered Support Bonus System The following bonus structure is based on total fees generated across CMR during the month.
Bonuses are paid per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which it is earned.
This is additional money earned for doing your job! Level 1= $125 Level 2= $160 Level 3= $200 Required Skills Strong Microsoft SSRS and SSIS skills Strong Excel skills Proven experience in designing and creating interactive business reports with graphics, trends, etc.
Microsoft SQL server experience proficient with proper database design, normalization, and data warehousing techniques Strong T-SQL experience in the areas of user defined functions, user defined data types and stored procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent analytical and processing skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment and share ideas Excellent customer service skills Flexible in giving and getting feedback on development ideas and approaches Experience with Azure Preferred Skills:
Database administration skills Experience with multiple reporting tools Experience Bachelor's degree with 2 years IT experience or 4
