Assembly Technicians must be able to demonstrate the assembly of different components, parts, or sub-assemblies throughout the entire assembly process.
Read, and understand manufacturing instructions, blueprints, process documents, and bill of material.
Essential Duties:
Must be able to read tape measures or mics.
Must have good hand and eye coordination with demonstrated excellent manual dexterity.
Must be able to read and understand manufacturing instructions and bill of material (BOM).
Performs all necessary work to take data and make calculations for winding all sizes and types of transformer coils.
Knowledgeable and experienced in the operation of all coil winding equipment.
Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in both the quality and quantity of coils produced.
Safely operate various hand and power tools.
Ability to safely operate crane and pallet jack.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to pass a national background check and drug screen and physical.
Sunday - Wednesday 7pm-5:
30 am,and 9 pm thru 5:
30am Thursday and Friday 6 days a week.
