The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The Host/Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
The successful candidate should also have experience in fine dining restaurants and be able to handle large groups of customers with ease.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and show them to their tables.
Keep track of customer reservations and seating arrangements.
Assist with seating customers in an efficient and courteous manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Be knowledgeable about the menu items and specials of the day.
Be able to answer questions about the restaurant and its services.
Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
