50 evening differential) Consumer Care Tech Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving to always exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
In this role you will handle phone calls from customers and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
As a specialist you will receive training on all Jasco's products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.
Competencies:
Action-Oriented, Being Resilient, Communicates Effectively, Demonstrates Self-Awareness, Quality of Work, Situational Adaptability Previous customer service/call center experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of consumer electronics is desired.
Competency in a Microsoft Windows computer environment desired.
Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
