8K a year The Electronic Banking Manager role is a working managerial position responsible for performing day-to-day Electronic Banking Department responsibilities while also supervising designated staff.
Operational tasks include managing ATMs, online and mobile banking services, debit/credit card programs, electronic payment functions, and other electronic services as well as fraud prevention and mitigation.
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, approving timecards and time off requests, assisting with elevated problem resolution, coordination of job duties, and ensuring efficient and productive workflow and processes.
Assists Electronic Banking colleagues by providing training, coaching, motivation, and assistance with questions or problems.
Manages escalated issues.
Must keep the Director of Electronic Banking informed of project status, individual colleague performance, staffing concerns, goal attainment, and departmental issues of concern.
PRIMARY DUTIES/

Operational Responsibilities Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate service to Bank personnel with requests, inquiries, or problems concerning Electronic Banking services.
Supports Electronic Banking colleagues on escalated client and system issues to ensure proper problem resolution.
Escalate any deficiencies or issues relating to electronic banking service.
Manages day-to-day fraud systems and oversight for Electronic Banking products.
Serves as project manager responsible for testing and implementing assigned systems during rollouts, upgrades, and process changes.
Attends applicable vendor conferences and participates in calls to discuss service issues.
As processes change, ensures departmental desk procedures are updated, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner.
Tracks and prepares various monthly/quarterly management reports from assigned core or complimentary systems.
Serves as a subject matter expert and primary support for various software applications.
Makes recommendations for process improvements with the goal of streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Develops strong working relationships with others at the Bank.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner and in accordance with the Bank's privacy policies.
When issues arise, actively seeks possible alternative solutions and is ready to make recommendations to the Director of Electronic Banking.
Keeps Director of Electronic Banking informed of all problems and resolutions.
Performs other relevant duties as assigned.

Supervises designated Electronic Banking staff, ensuring each colleague has knowledge and a clear understanding of their job responsibilities and assignments; Bank products, services, policies, and procedures; and regulatory banking requirements.
In consultation with the Director of Electronic Banking, supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, clearly communicating performance expectations, training, coaching for performance improvement, conducting performance evaluations, as well as scheduling, monitoring/approving timesheets, managing attendance and overtime, and promoting career development.
As necessary, issues performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions in keeping with Bank policies and procedures and after consultation with the Director of Electronic Banking and Human Resources.
Assists the Director of Electronic Banking in setting individual and team goals, communicating expectations, and tracking milestone progress.
Conducts regular one-on-one and team meetings, provides on-going performance coaching, and promotes an environment where direct reports feel comfortable asking questions, sharing opinions, and providing regular feedback.
Demonstrates a servant-style leadership that is highly professional and compassionate.

Must be positive and constructive while providing direction and fostering personal accountability and a strong work ethic.
Ensures Electronic Banking staff receive cross-training to cover one another's job duties for business continuity purposes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

years of financial services experience, which must include 2
years of operational or payments experience.

years of experience supervising staff.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
