Responsibilities Your Responsibilities o Minimum 4
years of relevant experience in cloud technologies, especially in AWS & Azure. o Experience in creating Cloud based infrastructure as per business requirements and within the Organization framework o Experience in creating infrastructure within secure VPC (Virtual Private Cloud)/VNETs (Virtual network) of AWS/Azure o Experience in creating and maintaining scripts to provision/de-provision instances required for workloads. o Maintain organizational security compliances like passwords, key rotation policies o Create & maintain various types of alerts that monitor systems health and report any issues to SysOps team to resolve and/or escalate to the right teams. o Cost savings/Cost Optimization is a vital activity, lifecycle management from start/stop instances to ensuring adherence to regular checks on what all can be optimized o Collaborate and work with DEV team to deploy newer version patches/fixes for vulnerabilities for cloud servers o Managing full AWS/Azure Lifecycle, Provisioning, Automation and Security. o Migrating existing on premise applications to AWS/Azure cloud. o Setting up and administering multi-tier workload environments o Configure and fine-tune cloud infrastructure systems (account/regions/zones etc.) o Perform cloud platform level software upgrades o Develop scripts for automating Cloud/server tasks o Establish and improve metrics, monitor cloud AWS/Azure utilization of resources using CloudWatch/Azure Monitor o Perform on premise resources backup by utilizing AWS/Azure Services o Deploy automation infrastructure by utilizing Cloud Formation/ARM techniques o Optimize resources and work on resource tagging to share the cost and plan for reporting. o Create and manage VNET/VPC, Bastion hosts. o Communicate and work with network team to finalize network connection to cloud VPC's. o Monitor availability and performance o Monitor effectively, billing and cost optimization strategies. o Manage disaster recovery and create backups. o Maintain Data Integrity and access control while using AWS application platform Qualifications What We're Looking for Desired Industry certifications like AWS SysOps Admin associate, Azure Admin Associate. o Amazon Web Services o VPC, EC2, ELB, EBS, S3, IGW, Route 53, DNS, VPN, RDS, IAM, etc. o Microsoft Azure o Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, Azure DNS, CDN, Traffic Manager, Express Route, Blob Storage, Backup, Azure SQL etc. o Awareness of Cloud security Best practices ADDITIONAL DESIRED TECHNOLOGY
Experience:
o Good command on Linux and Windows operating system o Good command over Linux shell command o Good command over Windows PowerShell o AWS, Azure Sysops Administrator Certification (Desired) o Scripting knowledge of at least one of the following:
o Bash o Python o Perl ADDITIONAL SKILLS (Competencies):
o Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization o Provide a single point of contact for the reporting and tracking of issues o Maintain current status on all open issues. o Interact consistently with end users in a professional, efficient and service-oriented manner. o Have a clear understanding of cloud deployment models o Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills. o Work with Third Party Providers to assist in problem resolution. o Resolve issues within established time frames. o Perform root cause analysis in accordance with the Procedures Manual. o Participate in root cause analysis if needed. o Produce RCA report. o Can go for upgrade of devices on requirement & provide plan to customer. o Look for escalations and resolve it in given time frame. o Ability to perform problem analysis and develop resolutions at both strategic and tactical levels o Good understanding of ITIL Process flow
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
