About the Role Developing new business for Private Wealth and cross-selling our full range of products and services to new and existing clients will set you up for success. You will do this by developing strong partnerships across our lines of business and by building a solid network of referrals and centers of influence. Learning our products inside and out will position you as a trusted advisor for our high-net-worth clients. You will add value by providing five star client service and maximizing the long-term value of relationships in the developed portfolios. You will use your analytical skills to do complex analysis and put puzzle pieces together on all types of solutions, often thinking outside the box. You will be able to offer our full range of private wealth solutions to your clients, as well as partnering across the organization to offer additional commercial, consumer and treasury products. You will evaluate credit requests, write loan commitments, recommend appropriate credit grades, and coordinate loan activity with our Professional Services Group. How You'll Spend Your Time oYou will use your business savvy to identify new prospects and develop new business. oYou'll use your product/service knowledge to determine what our clients need to enhance their private wealth strategy. oYou will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions in order to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, and keep us in regulatory compliance. oYou will monitor and manage existing credit relationships in coordination with the Professional Services Group, including note renewals, detailed analysis of financial statements and collateral valuations, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, delinquency reporting, documenting exceptions, and covenant monitoring. Examine your client's creditworthiness to alleviate risk and make informed decisions. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS:
Tech-savvy to validate and analyze financial data and structure loans. COMMUNICATION:
You'll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients, including C-level audiences. RELATIONSHIP BUILDER:
Leverage excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity to relate to any audience and build trust. COLLABORATION:
Enjoy working in teams and across departments with a proficiency to follow-up and follow-through. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study and 5-7 years of directly related experience in credit/banking and/or 11-13 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
